Refund policy

At House of Plush, we take pride in delivering beautifully crafted jewelry and fashion accessories. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to shop with confidence.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging must be intact (including boxes, pouches, and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at houseofplushonline@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g., name necklaces)
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you received a defective item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as House of Plush is not responsible for lost return packages.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank.
